Meet The Team
Anna provides expertise in business succession planning, management accounting system design and implementation, and financial analysis. She holds an MBA from both Cornell University and Queen’s University, a bachelor’s in Agricultural Business Management from the State University of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill. She was recently named to the Cornell Johnson School of Management's 10 Under 10 Distinguished Alumni, and is a graduate of LEAD NY and the Cornell Dairy Executive Program. In her free time she serves on the board of the New York Agricultural Land Trust, volunteers with a local 4H club, and enjoys just about anything that involves horses, kids and cows.
Stephanie brings expertise in financial accounting and record keeping systems both in and out of the agricultural industry. She grew up in the countryside of northern NJ before attending Cornell University to study animal science with a focus in business. She worked as an accounting and tax specialist in the ag industry for five years before becoming a full time work-at-home mom, and then joined us here at 2020. Along the way she married a wonderful dairy farmer named Tyler and enjoys going to Cornell hockey games with their children.
Ashley's background and passion in dairy business management along with her expertise in data management and analytics brings her to the 2020 team. Ashley possesses an invaluable combination of skills, having worked in financial analysis for the dairy industry at the University level and in production. She is a graduate of Kansas State’s Master of Agribusiness program and holds a bachelor’s in Animal Science from Cornell University. Beyond her work with 2020, Ashley is an adjunct instructor and enjoys spending time gardening.
Whitney is a dedicated member of not only our team, but of every business she serves, and makes it a point to treat the success of each of her clients as her own. She grew up in Central New York on her family’s beef farm and studied Business at Cazenovia College. Prior to joining 2020 she worked in higher education finance for four years, and brings her experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budget planning to the team. In her free time, it’s likely Whitney is either in the saddle or enjoying time with her family, friends, and dogs
Emily is a passionate, energetic problem solver who provides expertise in everything from accounting and bookkeeping to structuring whole office management systems. She grew up in Rotterdam, NY where her interest in agriculture led her to an Associate Degree in Equine Science and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business Development from The State University of New York at Morrisville. She began her professional career at 2020 Consulting as an intern, and since then has continued to expand and diversify her skillset. In her free time, Emily enjoys riding horses and spending time with her friends, family and dogs.
Alyson grew up in West Winfield NY on her family’s Dairy Farm. Her love for agriculture and the dairy industry led her to State University Of New York At Cobleskill where she received a Bachelors in Agriculture Business Management. Alyson was a summer 2022 intern with us and accepted her current roll in September 2022. In her free time Alyson enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and dog.
Kiley grew up on her family's farm in Kewaunee, Wisconsin, Kiley came back to the team in March of 2022 and is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, majoring in Accounting, with a minor in economics and marketing. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with friends, and her two wonderful pups!
Kendall specializes in the ag labor sector, on-farm human resources, and business development. She has a passion for the people that advance the ag industry and promotes business and team development from within. She holds undergraduate degrees in Industrial and Labor Relations and Agribusiness Management from Cornell University, and is currently pursuing a Master in Agricultural Economics from Purdue and MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She is currently finishing her thesis on technological opportunities within hay production, where she is applying her affinity for research with her passion for equine nutrition. She has experience as an ag labor consultant, an analyst for a large finance corporation, and a project manager within the distribution sector. Kendall grew up on an equine operation in Central Oklahoma, and carries on the tradition today riding and showing Quarter Horses. In her spare time, Kendall can be found on the back of a horse, whether it be chasing cattle and opening gates in Southwest Oklahoma, or in the show pen at a horse show.
Erica grew up on a small dairy and married a dairy and crop farmer. Together with their three daughters, they operate Tim’s Pumpkin Patch, a pumpkin farm and agritourism venue. Her daughters are heavily involved in the farm, the pumpkin patch, and are now rapidly growing their own businesses as the Nyfarmgirls through social media, allowing her to put all of her experience in business development, family business management, and communications to work supporting them in their growth. Erica has her Master's degree in Social Work for Syracuse University, and is trained in mediation and conflict resolution. She has spent the past 10 years working directly with farm businesses, individuals, and families on everything from interpersonal communications and working through conflicts, to managing stress, to depression, anxiety, and substance abuse.
Mary is a freelance online business manager who provides expertise in project management, automation, productivity, and organization to our team.
Mary has a passion for agriculture. She grew up on a small family dairy in Western New York and now owns and operates a regenerative pastured pork and chicken operation with her husband and five children.
Mary serves various clients in the agricultural space providing support in the agricultural law space and grant writing support to several organizations.
In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her five children, gardening, and spending time outdoors.
